Is Your Store free?
You try every feature free during the trial. Then you pick a plan; your data is never deleted.
I am not good with technology. Can I use it?
Yes. Your Store is made for shop owners: large text, clear buttons, scanning with the phone camera. There is a guide and a support line.
Do I need to buy equipment?
Only the phone or computer you already have. A receipt printer or barcode scanner is optional.
What if the network drops?
You keep selling. When the network is back, the app sends the invoices by itself.
I use KiotViet. Is moving over hard?
No. Export your goods from KiotViet and import the file straight into Your Store: cases, boxes and pictures come along.
Can one account run several shops?
Yes, without limit. Each shop keeps its own data; switch between them with one tap.
